Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or related discipline). Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or FE exam passed (or required within 18 months of hire)
At least 3 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering
Proficient in 3D/4D CADD software, engineering design principles, and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for client or project requirements
Familiarity with multidisciplinary infrastructure project teams and permitting processes

Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the design of water and wastewater treatment systems, pipelines, pump stations, and related infrastructure
Conduct technical site studies and perform water quality and hydraulic modeling
Ensure designs meet all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications
Contribute to technical white papers and support journal publications
Collaborate with proposal and sales teams on RFP responses
Communicate design concepts clearly to municipal clients and stakeholders
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff
May supervise junior team members on project tasks
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry conferences
