What You’ll Do
  • Lead Mission-Critical Projects. Manage all aspects of complex programs—from site acquisition through design and construction. Ensure seamless coordination between internal design trades, external partners, and clients.

  • Own the Budget. Forecast and monitor program financials including profitability, margins, billing, and cost schedules. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.

  • Be the Client Anchor. Serve as the main point of contact. Foster strong, long-term relationships and develop new business opportunities.

  • Mentor and Lead. Guide project teams and direct reports. Oversee resource planning, delegate effectively, and drive operational excellence.

  • Deliver Excellence. Ensure design and construction meet client standards and project goals. Oversee QA/QC, compliance, and closeout processes.

Requirements — What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • 13+ years of related experience, with 5+ years leading large-scale engineering, construction, or manufacturing projects

  • Proven expertise managing design and construction of mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers, healthcare, or energy infrastructure)

  • Strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, and MEP/fire protection/fire alarm systems

  • High proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and file management tools

  • Excellent communication, client management, and team leadership skills

  • Comfortable with AI-forward workflows and emerging technologies

  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 10%
