What You’ll Do
Lead Projects from Start to Finish. Manage all aspects of design and construction, including resource planning, project meetings, QA/QC oversight, subconsultant coordination, and site visits—focusing on mission-critical environments like data centers, healthcare facilities, and energy infrastructure.
Own the Budget. Prepare and monitor project financials, margins, change orders, and progress billing. Identify risks early and take corrective action as needed.
Be the Client Anchor. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintain long-term relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Support the Team. Guide project teams, delegate tasks, mentor colleagues, and ensure smooth coordination across disciplines.
Close Like a Pro. Oversee testing, handoff, and closeout with precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements — What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline
8+ years of engineering or related experience, including at least 4 years in a project management role
Extensive background overseeing design and construction administration phases for mission-critical projects such as data centers, healthcare, or energy infrastructure
Deep knowledge of MEP, fire protection, and fire alarm systems and construction practices
Proven expertise managing teams, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
Proficient with Procore, Revit/AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills across disciplines
Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and process optimization
AI-forward mindset and openness to leveraging technology to improve outcomes
U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 15%
