Responsibilities
• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.
• Work with the Client, company, and other vendors to develop budgets and plans for
existing and upcoming projects.
• Represent company in all facets of project from schematic design, design development,
construction documents through closeout.
• Act as the liaison between the Client and all other trades and contractors involved with
projects.
• Establish a working knowledge of the project team within a client office (i.e.: real estate,
architects, facilities, end users, IT, etc.).
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives and organize/execute them based on the
goals of the project.
• Coordinate site specific elements impacting installation with existing Client appointed
trades and vendors.
• Prepare informative, accurate, and timely reports for the Client and company staff as
required.
• Coordinate and execute regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss project
status and goals.
• Lead and evaluate project team members.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and all project related activities.
• Control and regulate project equipment procurement and delivery of goods to the site in
a timely manner.
• Apply change, risk and resource management.
• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors.
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.
