  • Proven experience in low voltage system design, including structured cabling, security, and audio-visual solutions

  • Proficiency in relevant design software such as Revit and AutoCAD

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in design/engineering within Mission Critical facilities

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
  • As a Mission Critical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing low voltage systems for various projects, ensuring efficient and reliable electrical and electronic infrastructure

  • Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with project teams, understanding client requirements, and creating detailed low voltage designs that comply with industry standards and regulations

  • System Design and Analysis: Design and analyze Low voltage & Security systems for Mission Critical facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated solutions that meet the unique demands of Mission Critical environments

  • Low Voltage Technology and Security Systems Engineering: Evaluate project requirements and collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand low voltage system needs

  • Conduct site surveys to assess existing infrastructure and gather necessary information for design

  • Develop detailed low voltage system designs, including structured cabling, security systems, audio-visual systems, building automation, and communication networks

  • Ensure designs meet industry standards, local codes, and client specifications

  • Integrate innovative technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency

  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural, and civil engineers, to ensure seamless integration of low voltage systems into overall project plans

  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to source and implement necessary components

  • Travel may be required for meetings, coordination, and construction administration

  • Code Compliance and Quality Assurance: Stay updated on industry codes, standards, and emerging technologies relevant to Mission Critical facilities

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure designs meet or exceed client expectations and industry best practices

  • Project Management: Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring project progress

  • Provide technical support during installation and testing phases, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed
