Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2 - 6 years of experience in traffic engineering, traffic operations, or ITS projects
Engineering Intern (EI) certificate or Professional Engineering (PE) license
Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
Familiarity with software including Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, VISSIM, or other similar tools
